The blueprint is your career guide, your career map. It can be completed at any stage in your career.
· It walks you through a series of questions and activities that help provide you clarity in your career vision, goals and direction.
· It helps you to identify what is important for you.
· It enables you to achieve greater self-awareness regarding your strengths, challenges, and achievements.
· And more!
Complete the blueprint at your pace ensuring that you provide yourself time to think through the questions. You may choose to share with your mentor, manager, trusted friend or colleague; the choice is up to you! Once you complete your blueprint, a best practice is to review it regularly to ensure that you are still in alignment, to see if anything needs to change and to note progress you have made.
